OnePlatform3.1 Advanced Edition is a general-purpose automated radiochemical synthesizer₽ mainly used for the preparation of 18F and 11C complex nuclide drugs, as well as the labeling of metal nuclides $such as 68Ga, 64Cu, 177Lu in nuclear medicine. It can achieve the synthesis schem≈e of current mainstream PET tracers. OnePlatform 3.1 Advanced Edition develops complex radioch$emical labeling operations into a standardized drug synthesis system that is simple to use, repeatable, and stable in production. It has the adv↕antages of simple operation, wide range of use, an d high production efficiency.
(1) Efficient reactor
Using metal thermal conductivity, with a power of over 100 w≤atts, it can reach the required temperature faster and meet the heating reaction of up >to 200 ℃. Water cooling is more gentle and quiet, reducing the risk of radia©tion leakage.
(2) Flexible configuration
Includes 22 three-way valves and 5 syringes, compatible with various PET tracer reac←tion processes.
(3) Including chromatography module
The OnePlatform 3.1 Advanced Edition is equipped w¶ith an integrated high-performance liquid chromatography system control♦led by a synthesizer, including radiation detectors and optional φmulti wavelength ultraviolet detectors. The equipped dual pumps allow gradient mixing o€f eluent, and have a switching valve to freely switch betw≠een different mobile phases for elution.
(4) Disposable reagent kit sleeve
The card holder and reagent kit are produced according to GM₩P standards for easy GMP and other regulatory filing. Disposable consumables can pre±vent contamination during repeated use, ensuring the reproducibility of res©ults. When in use, simply place the disposable reagent kit on the synΩthesizer and follow the instructions to start production. The use of di sposable consumables makes the user's work simple and efficienσt.
The use of disposable reagent card holders can reduce the↑ risk of contact between operators and radioactive subs£tances, reduce the risk of pollution and radiation, and also improve the convenience and efficiencφy of operation.
